Medical Documentation for Symptoms Similar to COVID-19 – If your child has an existing medical condition that mimics some or all symptoms of COVID-19 (such as allergies, frequent headaches, etc.), we encourage you to submit written medical documentation of the existing condition to the Health Office before the start of the 2021-22 school year. Submitting COVID-19 Test Results – If your child was tested for COVID-19, please email a copy of the results (either scanned or a photo), to the appropriate health office:
