Public Notice of Financial Statements
Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Hudson City School District for the period beginning on July 1, 2018 and ending on June 30, 2019, have been examined by an independent public accountant, and that the report of, or management letter prepared in conjunction with the external audit by the independent public accountant has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the General Municipal law, the governing board of the Hudson City School District has, in its discretion, prepared a written response to the report of external audit or management letter by the independent public accountant and filed such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons.

Reporting Child Abuse
New York’s Education Law requires each public school to post information about the Child Abuse Hotline number. If you suspect child abuse or maltreatment, do not wait to report it: Call the New York State Office of Children and Family Services toll free at 1-800-342-3720. If you believe that a child is in immediate danger, please call 911 or the local police department (518-828-3388).
