Attention Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2026 SENIOR PICTURES
Senior Portraits will be due to the Blue and Gold by Friday, October 24, 2025
NO EXCEPTIONS due to Deadline requirements!!!
Make your appointment with the photographer ASAP during the SUMMER to have it ready for the deadline. If you have your portrait done by a professional photographer in the area, they can provide the Blue and Gold with a high-quality digital proof, but please let them know the Yearbook needs these photos by October 24, 2025. We can also accept any digital photo as long as it is in JPG format. If you have your picture done somewhere else, you will need to provide us with a HIGH-QUALITY digital copy. We cannot accept proofs as they do not print out clearly. The Yearbook staff is not able to retouch or change digital photos.

BABY PICTURES AND MESSAGES
Baby Pictures and Parent Messages are due by Friday, December 19, 2025 for $30 or NO LATER THAN Friday, January 16th, 2026, for $50.
This year we would like to offer an early bird discount. If you submit your baby photo and message by 12/20/24 and the cost is $30.00 or 2 for $50. After that, the price for 1 photo with a message will increase to $50.00 per photo.
Please consider purchasing a spot, the students love this section of the yearbook especially if it is a surprise to them when they open the books in June.
Baby pictures will be returned to you in June with your graduation tickets.
Messages must be kept 25 words or less!!
If you want to say more please consider buying two spaces. Messages that are beyond the limited space will be shortened to fit.
BUSINESS ADS & FRIENDS AND FAMILY ADS
Business Ads and Friends & Family Ads are due by Friday, January 16, 2026.
If you have a business or know of a business that might be interested in an ad, let us know. We will be glad to contact them and take their ad.
Full page ads are $300, half page $150, fourth page $100, and eighth page $50. If you have any questions regarding a business Ad, please EMAIL Jodi Keyser at keyserj@hudsoncsd.org or call Michelle Nowak at Hudson High School, 828-4132 ext. 3100.

Senior Memories
They should be typed for a total of FIVE LINES.(Times New Roman 12 pt font). If you would like to add additional information/memories, you may do so at a cost of $10 per each additional five lines. We will cut out any memories that go beyond the free Five lines, unless we receive payment for them. Also, references to alcohol, inappropriate activities, illegal substances, profanity or sex will be edited. Memories should be emailed to Mrs. Nowak nowakm@hudsoncsd.org or Mrs. Keyser keyserj@hudsoncsd.org
Please submit a hard copy of your memories with your senior information sheet.
