The HHS Virtual Open House is on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. Please be sure to check your email for the needed links, which will include:
- A welcome video from Principal LaCasse providing an overview of the evening and a PowerPoint presentation
- A listing of all the Google Meet* links for each teacher
- A link to Parent Portal so you can access your student’s daily schedule (if you need assistance accessing Parent Portal, please contact Mrs. Hoose at hooses@hudsoncsd.org by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, 10/13)
Parents/guardians will follow their student’s schedule and meet each teacher by clicking the meeting links (see a listing of all the Google Meet links for each teacher, which was also sent via email). The schedule will be as follows:
- Period 1 – 5:00-5:09 p.m.
- Period 2 – 5:13-5:22 p.m.
- Period 3 – 5:26-5:35 p.m.
- Period 4 – 5:39-5:48 p.m.
- Period 5 – 5:52-6:01 p.m.
- Period 6 – 6:05-6:14 p.m.
- Period 7 – 6:18-6:27 p.m.
- Period 8 – 6:31-6:40 p.m.
- Period 9 – 6:44-6:53 p.m.
*A gmail address is not required to access these Google Meets. If you need technical assistance during the virtual open house, contact the Hudson Helpdesk at 518-479-6835.
