Dear Hudson City School District Parents/Guardians, Faculty, Students, and Staff,
We are excited that many of you are making your voices heard by completing the Hudson City School District Annual School Improvement Survey. Thank you!!! For those of you who have not completed the survey yet, we need to hear from you as well. We are striving for 100% survey completion. Every voice counts! We need to hear from you.
If you have not received an email invitation to complete the survey, or you are having difficulties accessing the survey, below are some suggestions to troubleshoot the concerns:
- If you normally leave your computer on, make sure to shut your computer down and reboot it.
- Make sure scheduled updates are installed on your computer (or cell phone) so you will be able to access the survey.
- Check your spam folder.
- Make sure to enter the username provided in your email before accessing the survey.
- Make sure to write the PIN down on a sheet of paper because you will need to enter it to access the survey
- If you have to leave the survey and come back to it later, please make sure you have the PIN. You will need the PIN to re-enter the survey and complete it. Without the PIN you cannot re-enter the survey.
- Review the step-by-step instructions (with screenshots) for support.
- If you followed steps one through seven above but you are still unable to access the survey, please contact Dr. Tia Pressey at presseyt@hudsoncsd.org. Dr. Pressey will send you another survey link.
