Dear Parents/Guardians:
The District was informed that an elementary school staff member tested positive for COVID-19. The individual was last present in school on February 12th. Based on the last date of attendance and the positive test date, no contact tracing was required.
Please continue to do your part in controlling the spread of COVID-19 in the community. While the county positivity rate is fortunately declining, we must all stay diligent about the health and safety protocols to keep the numbers low. This includes social distancing, avoiding gatherings, wearing masks and practicing good hand hygiene. If you have questions or need to report a COVID-19 related health issue, please contact your child’s principal or school nurse.
