Adult Lap Swim
Morning Hours:
Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 7:30am
Saturday: 8:00am – 11:00am
Sunday 8:00am – 12:00pm
Evening Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
Friday 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Our Adult Lap Swim hours are designed for serious swimmers, whether you’re working out or completing therapy. The lap swim sessions follow a routine schedule, with regular patrons attending.
What to Expect:

Lane Lines: Lane lines are only used upon request. If you’d like them set up for your swim, feel free to ask.

Diving Boards: The diving boards are not available during lap swim sessions.
Etiquette & Guidelines:

This session is intended for swimmers focused on their workout or therapy. Please be considerate of others in the pool.

If an issue arises with someone interfering with your swim, please politely address the situation with those involved.

If the issue cannot be resolved, please ask the lifeguard to address the situation and have the offending party leave.

Incident Reporting: If necessary, please notify the Pool Coordinator at 518-303-2611 for any incidents or ongoing issues.
Water Aerobics
Monday – Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
(Currently no instructor. This is a self paced session until the position is filled)

Open Swim

Dive into Fun During Our Open Swim Sessions!
Everyone is welcome to enjoy the pool, including the diving board! These sessions are open to the general public, providing the perfect opportunity for families, friends, and swimmers of all ages to have fun and enjoy the pool.
What to Expect:

Open Pool Access: Swim at your own pace in our spacious pool, which includes areas for relaxed swimming and more active water play.

Diving Board: The diving board is available for use during these sessions, with lifeguards on duty to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. (Note: Availability of the diving board will be at the discretion of the lifeguards.)

All Ages Welcome: Whether you’re swimming laps, splashing around, or trying out the diving board, this session is open to swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The adult must remain in the pool area for the entire session while the child swims.

Pool Setup: The pool will feature two lap lanes, a shallow area, and one diving board. The availability of the diving board will depend on crowd size and the number of lifeguards on duty.
