Over the past week, we are aware there have been many difficulties related to internet connectivity at our schools as well as a few others in the county. We understand it has been frustrating for our students and families. We are working with our service provider to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.
There will be a public hearing for the District Safety Plan during the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, October 20. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Hudson Jr./Sr. High School auditorium.
[UPDATED October 19, 2020] Picture Days at M.C. Smith Elementary School are scheduled for Thursday, October 29 & Friday, October 30, 2020.
Picture Days at Hudson Junior High School are scheduled for Tuesday, October 20 (Blue Group) and Thursday, October 22 (Gold Group). Virtual students can schedule appointments to get school pictures between 3-4 p.m. on either date.
High school students who reside within the Hudson City School District but do not attend HHS (e.g., they are home schooled) should contact the HHS Guidance Office if they wish to take an Advanced Placement (AP) Exam. The deadline is November 9, 2020.

If a student develops one or more symptoms of COVID-19, the following “Return to School” protocol from the Department of Health must be completed before returning to school.
Per state guidance, only two (2) spectators per student athlete are allowed to attend fall sporting events at this time. Each athlete will be given two (2) passes that can be used by their family members at home and away events.

Virtual Students (9-12): Friday, October 2nd is the last day to come pick up materials you need for your classes such as art supplies, novels, textbooks and musical instruments.
