Community Survey: A Critical Part of the Search

A key component of the search process is a districtwide Superintendent Search Survey, which
is now open to the public. The survey is designed to gather input from a broad range of
stakeholders, including:

  • Parents and guardians
  • Students
  • Teachers and staff
  • Community members
  • Local partners and organizations

Survey results will help the Board identify the leadership qualities, experiences, and priorities
most important to the Hudson community. The feedback will also directly inform the
development of the Superintendent Leadership Profile and candidate selection process.

Community participation is essential. The Board strongly encourages all stakeholders to
complete the survey so that the next Superintendent reflects the shared values, needs, and
aspirations of the district.
