Funding & Grants

The majority of funding for the Hudson Bluehawk Nation Afterschool Program (HBN ASP) is provided by grants such as 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) program, My Brother’s Keeper, Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties Advantage Grants and Extended School Day/School Violence Prevention Grant (ESD/SVP).

The Hudson City School District is the lead agency for the federally funded 21st Century Grant as well as the state-funded Extended School Day Grant. Mental Health Association is the lead agency for the state-funded Advantage Afterschool Grant through the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).

Additional funding for the HBN ASP comes from various resources, including those who generously volunteer their time.
