Dear Parents/Guardians,
Spring Sports registration is now open for the 2025-26 school year. This year, we will be using a completely online registration program again called Activate Registration. This can be done from a phone, computer, tablet, or any electronic device. It does work best doing it from the website versus trying to use the app to actually register. Once your account is created, you will have it for every registration period and will only need to complete certain aspects of the registration.
All High School Sports will begin on Monday, March 9th. All modified sports will begin on Monday, March 23rd.
High School sports are for students in grades 9-12, and Modified sports are for grades 7-8.
If you are in need of a new Physical Exam the school doctor will be here on February 26th and March 18th from 8:30-10:30 AM. Please make sure your Athlete talks with their school nurse about signing up for this if they need an updated physical.
If you are looking to play a High School sport as a 7th or 8th grader, you would need to pass the APP testing. If you have questions regarding that, you would need to contact Athletic Director Shawn Briscoe before signing up at briscoes@hudsoncsd.org. Please sign up for the appropriate level based on your child’s grade.

Once the account is created, you can start the registration process. Some information will be needed to get your student registered. A copy of their current physical must be uploaded into the system, which can be done by taking a picture with your phone and uploading it; there is no special format required for the pictures. Just make sure that the picture includes not only the date of the exam but also the doctor’s signature page. You will know that your child is complete and ready for tryouts when their registration status says “Completed” in green.
If anything you submit gets declined, you will have a reason attached to that, so you know how to properly fix the issue.
