Please Complete the 2024-25 Transportation Request Form

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please take a moment to complete the following Transportation Request Form that will help the District plan bus routes for the 2024-25 school year. If you will not be needing transportation, please indicate that on the form.  If you have more than one child attending the Hudson City School District next year, please complete a form for each student:

• Bengali Transportation Request Form

• Spanish Transportation Request Form
