On May 2, Mrs. Schmitt’s Senior High School Life Skills students practiced their interviewing skills in a round-robin format at Columbia-Greene Community College. Coaches asked questions similar to what they would expect in an interview. Our scholars are working towards a micro-credential in professionalism and are expected to receive their credential in a celebratory manner on June 13.
Coaches on the day included:
Pamela Dusharm, Public Relations Coordinator at CoarcCOARC.
Kathy Kyme, Human Resources Manager Herrington’s.
Chris Nardone, Director at Columbia-Greene Workforce NY.
Amanda Karch, Director of Community Engagement and Professional Development at Columbia-Greene Community College.
Drew Ledoux, Dean of Student Development at Columbia-Greene Community College.
Carl Nabozny, Tech II Multimedia Coordinator, Library and Media Services Columbia-Greene Community College.
Christine Perry, Director of Development at Columbia-Greene Community College.
Breakfast was made possible by grant funding from The Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation. #HudsonHasHeart
