As the calendar makes its turn towards the Kentucky Derby, Pre-K scholars in Mrs. McDonald’s class had the opportunity to learn about horse racing from special guest Stephanie Forsyth. Mrs. Forsyth and Mrs. McDonald instructed the students to color pictures of horses with halters of a different color, cut pictures of horses out of a magazine and then glue those clippings to construction paper to create a showcase of horses. After the activities, the class was treated to chocolate chip cookies from Mrs. Forsyth. #HudsonHasHeart
