To teach students in Mrs. Nowak’s and Mrs. Joy’s General Science class about chemical reactions, the scholars were introduced to molecular gastronomy. The students were challenged with the task of creating juice caviar. To introduce the lesson, they were first offered real caviar appetizers and then started the lab. The juice caviar was added to a drink for them to enjoy. #HudsonHasHeart
