Incoming Grades 7-12 students who are interested in playing a sport for the 2021-22 fall season should complete this online form for Mr. Cukerstein. Please note that you must be logged into your student email (@hudsoncsd.org) in order to complete the survey.

- Football (Mod 7-9, Varsity)
- Girls Soccer (Modified, JV, Varsity)
- Girls Tennis (Varsity)
- Girls Volleyball (Modified, JV, Varsity)
- Cheer (Varsity Football)
- Cross Country (Varsity)
- Golf (Varsity)
JV and Varsity sports begin on Monday, August 23, 2021. Modified sports begin on Monday, August 30, 2021. Please fill out this form if you’re interested in playing a fall sport.
