Chromebooks and mobile hotspots that were distributed to students this school year will be collected at school on the following dates:

M.C. Smith Elementary School

  • Thursday, June 24 from 12-4 p.m. – outside the main front entrance
  • Friday, June 25 from 12-4 p.m. – outside the main front entrance
  • In-person students will return their devices in their classrooms on June 24th and June 25th

Hudson Junior High School

  • Tuesday, June 22 – in-person BLUE students will return devices during class
  • Thursday, June 24 from 12-3 p.m. – in-person GOLD students will return devices during class and fully virtual students can return devices at the main entrance of HJHS
  • Friday, June 25 from 12-3 p.m. – in-person GOLD students will return devices during class and fully virtual students can return devices at the main entrance of HJHS

Hudson Senior High School

  • Thursday, June 24 from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. – all students (in-person and virtual) will return devices and all other owed items (textbooks, novels, art supplies, etc.) inside the high school’s main entrance where a table will be set up
  • Friday, June 25 from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. – all students (in-person and virtual) will return devices and all other owed items (textbooks, novels, art supplies, etc.) inside the high school’s main entrance where a table will be set up

Chromebooks and hotspots for siblings can be dropped off at one building and do not have to go to multiple locations.

Students attending summer school can keep their Chromebooks and/or hotspots and return the device(s) to their school’s main office when summer school ends in August.

Costs for lost devices are (checks can be made payable to the Hudson City School District):

  • $20 for a charger
  • $100 for a Chromebooks
  • $40 for a mobile hotspot
