MCSES raised more than $2,900 for their annual Hero Squad fundraiser (previously Pennies for Patients)! The funds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), an organization close to Mrs. Hanley’s heart after losing her father to leukemia.
Jackson Strattman and Lamarco Nooks (pictured) were the top fundraisers, collecting a total of $500 in donations. Since 2013, MCSES has raised more than $13,000 for LLS to help cure blood cancers.
