If your child is absent for ANY reason during the 2020-21 school year, please fill out this Reporting Student Absence Form to indicate the reason they are absent from in-person OR virtual school (this form is also located at the top of the Parents page):

Completed forms will remain confidential and be sent directly the school(s) your child(ren) attend(s).

The Hudson City School District remains committed to providing a safe learning environment and it is vitally important for the schools to have your child’s absence information on file due to the current COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
