Houses of MCSES Sorting Assembly
The “Houses of MCSES” is a friendly, school-wide competition that was developed by Associate Principal MacCormack and based off ideas from the Harry Potter series.
The main purpose is to create a greater sense of community among students while reinforcing the importance of character and good attendance. Click here to learn more about the Houses of MCSES framework, including character pillars and House Points.
After students and staff were sorted into Houses, everyone was encouraged to participate in a building-wide door decorating contest based on their House. See below for photos of some of the best doors!
