On May 31, 2017, the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) sent a small film crew to Hudson for its documentary about afterschool programs. The documentary will feature eight programs nationwide, and NAESP selected the Hudson Bluehawk Nation After School Program (HBNASP) to represent New York State.
The goal of the NAESP film is to show principals how to incorporate effective afterschool programs in their buildings. The focus of our segment is “Community Collaborations” and how we incorporate the community into our program.
